Leequid is a mobile-first B2B platform that helps businesses onboard seamlessly, verify their legitimacy, access credit, and trade in both fiat and crypto. Designed for speed, trust, and regulatory clarity, the platform includes both a user-facing mobile app and a powerful admin dashboard. I led the end-to-end product design from research and user flows to high-fidelity UI and system logic—ensuring a secure, intuitive experience across all touchpoints.

My Role
As the product designer for Leequid, I led the design of both the mobile application and the admin/super admin dashboards from scratch. I was responsible for defining user flows, designing wireframes and high-fidelity interfaces, and ensuring consistency across the product through a responsive design system. I collaborated closely with the founder, compliance advisors, and engineering to translate business rules into intuitive user experiences.

Problem & Solution
Traditional onboarding and loan access for crypto-enabled businesses is disjointed, slow, and often lacks trust. Many platforms either overcomplicate compliance or neglect user experience entirely, making it difficult for legitimate businesses to access credit or trade securely.
Leequid is a mobile-first B2B platform that enables verified businesses to seamlessly onboard, access standardized credit (starting at 200k), and conduct secure fiat and crypto trades. I designed a clear, frictionless onboarding flow, a credit assignment system tied to verification, and a robust internal dashboard for compliance oversight and loan control.

Research & Discovery
Stakeholder Interviews: I interviewed the founder, compliance advisors, and early test users to understand the friction in crypto onboarding and the nuances of assigning credit based on documentation and legitimacy.
Flow Mapping: I translated regulatory needs into step-by-step flows for business onboarding, KYC checks, and internal reviews.
Audit of Existing Platforms: I reviewed competing tools like Mercury, Layer3, and Unstoppable Domains to benchmark against usability and security patterns.
This early research revealed three must-haves: clear status tracking for onboarding, modular verification steps, and role-based access control in the admin flow.

Responsive Designs
The mobile experience was designed to guide businesses from initial sign-up through document submission, call scheduling, verification, and credit activation.
Key UI Decisions:
Tiered onboarding: Each phase (document upload, interview, approval) is visually distinct and tracked with subtle progress indicators.
Currency Display: Users can see both fiat and crypto balances side-by-side with toggles and conversion cues.
Credit System UI: Clear breakdown of available vs. max credit, with contextual tips and visual status feedback.
Security Design: Motion and microinteractions signal changes (e.g., credit approval) while preserving trust.

More Screens
I designed two dashboard tiers:
Admin Dashboard – Used by internal compliance or loan officers to:
Review KYC documents
Assign or revoke credit
Schedule or reschedule onboarding calls
Flag suspicious accounts
Super Admin Dashboard – Used for high-level oversight:
Track all platform activities
Set credit thresholds
Manage risk levels and permissions across admins
Access logs and platform analytics
Each screen uses data-dense tables, contextual filters, and risk tagging for clarity. I designed these with desktop responsiveness in mind, ensuring admin tasks remain efficient and readable at scale.

Learnings
Designing for compliance-heavy use cases means balancing clarity with flexibility. Users needed both hand-holding and optional paths.
Stakeholder collaboration was essential in shaping flows that made sense for both end users and internal reviewers.
Building the mobile and admin tools in parallel helped enforce consistency in visual language, structure, and logic.
I learned how to merge regulatory complexity with a visual design system that feels calm, responsive, and human.
