My role was to create a user-friendly platform that built trust while enabling users to book healthcare services with ease. I focused on designing secure, responsive interfaces for patients, businesses, and healthcare providers, ensuring seamless functionality across devices.

Clafiya's reliance on a USSD-based system presents significant limitations that hinder its effectiveness in providing seamless healthcare services. Through our research, we identified several critical issues that highlight the shortcomings of this approach:
1. Lack of Memorability: The USSD code used by Clafiya is not easily memorable for users, complicating the process of accessing healthcare services and discouraging engagement.
2. Network Interruptions and Poor Feedback: Patients often encounter disruptions and poor feedback from network carriers while using Clafiya's USSD system, resulting in frustration and the need to repeat the process multiple times, ultimately impeding the delivery of timely and efficient care.
3. Limited Data Accessibility: Clafiya's USSD system restricts patients from accessing their healthcare data when needed, particularly when seeking care from different health workers over time, thus hindering continuity of care and comprehensive treatment.
4. Patience Requirement: Utilizing Clafiya's USSD method demands a considerable amount of patience from users due to its cumbersome nature and potential for delays, negatively impacting user experience and overall satisfaction with the service.
