The Problem
AI promises clarity, but for many professionals it has become just another system to manage. Insights live across browser tabs, chat tools, and AI interfaces, forcing users to manually decide where work belongs instead of staying focused on the work itself.
Traditional dashboards worsen this by imposing static structures that don’t adapt to shifting priorities. For teams, this friction compounds through administrative bloat, permissions, and billing flows that pull attention away from meaningful output.
My Role & Impact
As the Founding Product Designer, I led the end-to-end design of an AI-first workspace focused on turning fleeting AI interactions into persistent, meaningful workflows. I defined the product architecture and interaction model, designing how discovery, execution, and collaboration unfold progressively based on user intent.
Instead of a static dashboard, I introduced a behavior-driven system where structure reveals itself over time. This approach reduced early cognitive load, allowed users to understand value before committing, and kept administrative complexity invisible during focused work.
